Holding Tank Sensors

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly ...

RV holding tank sensor systems are notoriously bad at providing accurate readings of the tank content levels. The problem in most cases is that the sensor probes reside inside the tank where they are exposed to the "elements", so to speak, and become covered with sludge. This then gives a false reading as to the tank level.

This has been a problem for many years and for almost all RV manufacturers. A better system is available that uses external sensors that eliminates the bad readings. The See Level tank sensor system displays the reading in percentage of tank capacity and the sensors don't become fouled by the tank contents. The See Level system replaces the factory installed system and is available for either three or four tank systems.
